ABMC Ltd was founded in March 2000 operating in both Residential and Commercial Sectors, mainly in the Greater London area. Our growth has been steady based largely on our reputation for quality and reliability which is borne out in our excellent finish.

We cover work from simple day to day maintenance to total renovation of properties including rebuilds due to subsidence or other structural issues. We have tradesmen capable of completing works from foundations to roof.

Running alongside the larger projects we have on-going Maintenance & Repair Teams capable of rapid response throughout London. We offer Electrical and Gas certification as required. We also specialise in Damp Proofing, Tanking and timber treatments and are Sovereign Approved Contractors.

We also specialise in the treatment of dampness both rising or penetrating or as a result of leaks or flooding with a range of dehumidifiers for immediate installation. We operate a call out service to respond to emergencies such as burst pipes and flooding or fused electrical circuits.

All our works are covered by an appropriate guarantee. We work to high standards and equally important we are reliable.

Steinway & Son, Marylebone Lane: refurbishment of first floor offices and upgrading of sound and practice rooms.
Sellar Property Group offices in Park Street, W1: re-arrangement and refurbishment, including the manufacture and installation of architect designed desks, shelving systems, exhibit stands and displays.
Blauverd Habitat, Spanish property developers with a property in Wigmore St, W1: structural re-arrangement and renovation, to create new offices with ground floor display and shop frontage.
Iberica, Great Portland Street. Structural alterations and refurbishment of commercial property to create new ground and 1st Floor Tapas Bar for Spanish Clients
13 Kensington High Street. Structural alterations and refurbishment of a nightclub into offices.

Deansway, N2: complete renovation & refurbishment, including two-storey side extension, single-storey rear extension and loft conversion.
Sussex Mews West in Lancaster Gate: completed the restructuring and renovation of this mews house, which was notable for our construction of a steel hanging stairway, clad in oak.
Cloncurry Street, SW6: refurbishment of first floor, including structural alterations to create new master bedroom with ensuite and wet room, all built-in glass and walnut, featured in July 07 Grand Design Magazine .
North Hill, Highgate: complete renovation and refurbishment of 200 year-old terraced town house in conservation area, including a rear single storey extension.
Balfe Street, Kings Cross: demolition back to bare brick including removal of roof, all floors, front and rear elevation walls to first floor level in a mid-terraced four storey house to create two self-contained flats.
Queens Grove, St John’s Wood. The work comprised the alteration, extension and refurbishment of the basement floor, together with ancillary works at ground floor level. Rebuilding of the rear roof parapet, construction of new patio and alterations to garden levels to the rear.
Akenside,Belsize Park. Creation of a glass and copper clad side- extension and complete refurbishment of the ground floor building.
